PROJECT SUMMARY
Camp Navarro brought me on board only a few months after its launch. The founders needed me to take on sales, product and business development.
Within two years I had built out a sales department that successfully booking out the year, and brought on four separate revenue centers:
Event Sales Department
Camp Navarro Catering
Event Programing
The Trading Post Cafe
In addition to sales and business development I also performed our corporate shareholder reporting, and general management over our capital improvement program.
FIRM DESCRIPTION
Camp Navarro is a 180 Acre recreational resort in the northern Bay Area. The business hosts private and corporate events from the biggest organizations in the San Francisco Bay Area.
